How To
This is your guide to choosing a suitable strength all-purpose cement for your specific use and how to mix it.
Low Strength Concrete
For low-strength 10-15 MPa (nominal at 28 days), this concrete mix is best used for unreinforced foundations in single-storey houses and free-standing walls.
We suggest adding an extra 10% for wastage.

Medium Strength Concrete
For medium strength 15-25 MPa (nominal at 28 days) this concrete mix is suitable for reinforced foundations and slabs, light-duty house floors, paths, patios, steps, driveways and garage floors.
We suggest adding an extra 10% for wastage.

High Strength Concrete
For high strength 25-30 MPa (nominal at 28 days), this concrete is suitable for suspended structural beams and slabs; precast items such as flagstones; and heavy-duty surfaces such as workshop floors.

Ultra-High strength Concrete
For ultra-high strength at 45 MPa, this concrete mix is suitable for suspended structural beams and slabs, columns and water retaining structures.
