Pay Online
As part of AfriSam’s ongoing customer experience improvement drive, customers are able to make use of our secure online payment gateway – allowing both cash and account customers to make online payments.
Benefits of this functionality to you, our valued customer:
Secure payment method for both cash and account customers.
Payment can be made using a debit card, credit card or via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
For cash sale customers, payment approval is immediate, which will enable us to finalise your order for delivery sooner.
Once you have registered and logged in, you will proceed as follows:
You will be redirected to a screen where you will be required to choose your payment method (debit/credit card) and enter a reference number and contact number.

For once-off cash sale customers, your reference is the AfriSam ION number which appears on your order confirmation, which you will have received after placing your order with our contact centre or on ClickToGo, our online ordering platform.

For account customers paying your account (either 30 day account or deposit account), your reference is your AfriSam Customer (Account) Number.

You will then be redirected to a screen where your debit/credit card details or bank details (if paying via EFT) are entered.

Once the required information has been entered, you will be redirected to the page where you will be required to enter the one time pin (OTP) that you have received via sms or email from your bank.

Once the OTP and the transaction have been verified by your bank, payment will be processed and AfriSam will be notified.

Your order will then be finalised and despatched for delivery (for cash sale customers).
