The Social and Labour Plans (SLPs) have been compiled as a commitment to contribute towards the advancement of the socio-economic welfare of South Africans with special focus on the social and economic impact that AfriSam’s operations have on the surrounding communities. The SLPs make further provision for the development of historically disadvantaged employees as well as equipping members of the surrounding communities through different training interventions.
