AfriSam has become aware of fraudulent messages and requests being circulated in which individuals falsely claim to represent AfriSam employees or officials and request airtime, mobile data, cash payments, vouchers, or other financial assistance.
Please be advised that AfriSam employees and representatives will never request airtime, data, cash transfers, vouchers, or personal payments from customers, suppliers, contractors, or members of the public via personal communication channels.
If you receive any such request claiming to be from AfriSam or an AfriSam employee:
• Do not make any payment or transfer funds. • Do not purchase airtime, data, vouchers or gift cards. • Do not share personal or banking information. • Verify the request through official AfriSam communication channels before taking any action.
If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a communication, please contact AfriSam directly using the official contact details published on our website or through your usual AfriSam representative.
We encourage all customers, suppliers and stakeholders to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
